The house features:

• a spacious (approx. 60m2) sitting room with open country kitchen with work island, 5-burner gas stove and 3 ovens, a refrigerator (extra fridge-freezer in pantry), a dishwasher, microwave combi-oven, coffee maker with Nespresso coffee capsules, electric water heater.

• a separate sitting room (approx. 22m2) with a large fireplace.

• downstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed (2-pers. mattress 180-200) with private bathroom ensuite with toilet and shower. Bed linen (including duvets and duvet covers) is provided.

• a utility room with extra fridge/freezer and a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

• additional bathroom downstairs with toilet and shower.

• Upstairs large bedroom of about 30 m2 with double bed(2-pers. mattress 180-200) and another separate bed (also 2 separate guest beds and a baby cot), high ceiling.

• Upstairs normal bedroom with 2 linked beds (2 x 90-200) and a separate bed.

• Spacious landing with 1 more bed/sofa

• A large outdoor terrace of approximately 150 m2 with an outdoor jacuzzi (provided by a neighbour/caretaker), fixed stone BBQ and outdoor tables.

• Fire detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit.

• Key safe for self check-in.

• In all rooms there is a electric facade heater or loose electric stove, in the living room there is also a wood stove and in the sitting room a large fireplace. Firewood is available (behind the house).

• There are 2 large folding chairs in the house that can be used to go to the lake.​
